A 50% cancellation fee will apply when cancellations are made:

• On the day of the booking
• After 5pm business day before the booking (i.e 5pm on Friday for a Monday booking)

Cancellation fees will apply even when a single patient cancels from a visit where multiple patients are being done at one clinic.

Cancellation fees will be waived if the patient has died or is PTS that day.
